It's been a while since my last post, but recently I have some pretty serious changes in my life. Working behind a desk for the rest of my life was not something I could see myself doing. So finally I decided to pack up and move out to the west coast. So far I love it out here! You're probably wondering what I'm doing for a living..especially in this economy. Well, I decided to fall back and an old skill of mine; playing tennis. Except now I'm teaching tennis! Right now it's just part-time and temporary until I get certified, but it's a good situation for now.
I have been teaching the kids summer camp and it's bring me back to the days when I was a kid. Kids are more observant than adults sometimes and a lot less tactful. I get some pretty hilarious questions about my arm, so instead of telling the kids its a prosthesis I just say its a fake arm because I was born without my arm. Most of the time this is enough for kids and their curiosity is satisfied.
For me it's so normal, so its interesting to go back to the days where a missing arm is such a big deal to most people.

You should share more of those hilarious questions. They make me laugh.
Keep it up and good luck with tennis stuff if you do continue to go that route for a bit.
